OMZ (Uralmash-Izhora Group) – results of Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting

At an extraordinary shareholder’s meeting of OJSC OMZ (Uralmash-Izhora Group) (OMZ) on 12 May 2011 shareholders terminated early the powers of the members of the Revision Commission and elected the following new members to the Commission:

1. Liudmila Bondal
2. Olga Voinova
3. Bari Kunikeev
