OMZ (Uralmash-Izhora Group) – results of Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting

OMZ (Uralmash-Izhora Group) held an Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting in Moscow on 20 January, 2011. More than 93% of shareholders participated in the meeting.
