Listing on LSE

On September 30, 2003 shares of OMZ in the form of Depositary Receipts (DRs) were admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. OMZ’s Depositary Receipts began trading  on the London Stock Exchange’s International Order Book. Each Depositary Receipt represents one ordinary share. (full version of press-release)

The London Stock Exchange tickers for OMZ’s DRs are ‘OMZD’ (Level 1 DR programme, issued in 2001) and ‘OMZA’(144A DR programme, issued in 1998).
