• OOO IZ-KARTEX is a leading manufacturer of electric crawler-mounted mining shovels designed primarily for use in excavation and haul truck loading proceedures in opencast mining operations:

- the EGK-10 Shovel with Cable Crowd and its modifications featuring a 10 m3 dipper capacity and rope crowd with a 400 ton working weight capacity
- the EKG-15 Shovel and its modifications, featuring a 15 m3 dipper capacity of and rope crowd with a 700 ton working weight capacity

In line with global trends in the development of mining equipment and haul trucks OOO IZ-KARTEX continues to improve upon technology and design in its production to offer the most reliable, efficient and cost effective rope and rack & pinion crowd electric mining shovels with 12-50 m3 dipper capacities.

Next generation shovels are designed to deliver optimal excavation and haul truck loading performance with payload capacities ranging between 90 and 350 tons:

- EKG-12K Shovel featuring a 12 m3 dipper capacity and rope crowd with a 410 ton working weight capacity.
- EKG – 18Ð and 20Ð Unified Shovels featuring 18 m3 dipper capacity (rack & pinion crowd) and 20 m3 dipper capacity (rope crowd) with a 710 ton working weight capacity.
- EKG–32Ð and EKG-35P Unified Shovel featuring 32 m3 dipper capacity (rack & pinion crowd) and 35 m3 dipper capacity (rope crowd) with a 950 ton working weight capacity. - EKG-55 Shovel featuring a 55 m3 dipper capacity on a rack & pinion crowd with a 1,400 ton working weight capacity

The first two categories of shovels are currently in production and in demand by Russian mining enterprises.

• Rotary Blasthole Drilling Rig SBSh-270IZ and SBSh-270A, designed for drilling blast holes through rock of any hardness with a hole size ranging from 250 - 320 mm, a depth of up to 34 m and a 140 working weight capacity
• Hydraulic mining excavator EKG-110 (bucket capacity of 5,5 m3 for shovel and 4 m3 for backhoe; working weight of 110 tons)
• Original spare parts for mining excavators and rotary blasthole drills, high quality and long-term resource exploitation
• Equipment for mining and processing plants, petroleum and gas industry, for metallurgical, power generation and general engineering at the sides and his own engineering

200 units of mining equipment were delivered to the mining enterprises in Russia, CIS and foreign countries in 2000-2009.
